An emergency care team will have to be formed on campus.  Children can be called to schools only with the consent of the parents.  The SOP is in two parts.  The first part deals with the health and safety of children when opening a school.  Students will be able to go to school only after the written approval of the parents as per the guidelines.  Attendance rules have been kept flexible. Students will also be able to choose online classes instead of going to school.  The ministry has said that instead of paper and pen tests for the assessment of students, a skill-enhancing process will be adopted.  There will be no assessment for two to three weeks after the school opens.  Online learning will also be promoted as well.
